Being a new hire to Tomco, i had a hard time with the new guy title. Being austin he always said to keep your head to your work and do your best. Slowly over the weeks of working with him, a good friendship was starting. Every morning id joke with how he always forgot something and he'd comeback with how id never shut his front door well enough. It was great to tell him stories of the things i did in the games i played, and the moments i made. He started becoming like a brother to me and helping me get through tough times.

Austin was a wonderful man though I only knew him through work. We would speak about our families and he loved his wife and children very much. When troubleshooting issues and fixing them his favorite phrase was "SWEET". I think that describes him best.
